Following the appointment of a new business manager for India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh, Atlona has revealed its first technical manager for the region.
Hardik Mehta has been appointed the new role and will be based in the company’s India office reporting directly to Sanket Sawant, the company’s business manager who started the job in November 2015.
As Atlona’s first technical manager for the region, Hardik will oversee technical support for India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. He will also provide pre- and post-sales support, project support, solution design, technology and product training and product demonstrations for partners, as well as being responsible for handling international technology queries.
The addition of Hardik highlights Atlona’s continued globally, which includes its first international headquarters in Switzerland and a whole array of new products.
Hardik joins Atlona with more than 10 years of experience in the technology and AV industry. Previously, he was the assistant manager, application, for Kramer Electronic India Pvt Ltd. and member of its medical technical advisory committee.
“Hardik comes with extensive technical knowledge and is capable of designing end-to-end AV solutions,” notes Sanket.
“Since Atlona also focuses on providing Certified Design Solutions to partners, Hardik will be a great asset to the company. He will also play a major role in post-sales support and training the partners on technology and product offerings.”
