ConnectWise has announced its new cloud service management, monitoring and billing tool, ConnectWise CloudConsole, a solution that enables technology solution providers to remain proactive in managing their systems when moving to the cloud.

ConnectWise developed CloudConsole because it saw a growing concern among technology solution providers about the management and billing of services as they moved from on-premise systems to the cloud.

Now available in its beta version, ConnectWise CloudConsole will be available free to ConnectWise partners for a limited time, with general release scheduled for early 2016.

“While on-premise systems are controlled, managed and maintained by technology solution providers, the cloud is not, and losing control of that can be concerning,” explains Craig Fulton, general manager of ConnectWise Business Suite. “CloudConsole gives our partners a competitive advantage by enabling them to monitor and manage their cloud services with the same control as on-premise systems.”

CEO Arnie Bellini, who introduced ConnectWise CloudConsole during his keynote address at IT Nation 2015, also announced that the family of ConnectWise products and its related businesses are now consolidated into a single ConnectWise company and brand.

The new organisational structure builds on the commitment to continually evolve the company in a way that furthers its mission to provide its partners with expansive, innovative and scalable solutions that drive efficiency and create revenue opportunities.

“We want our partners to understand that we’re a partner for life, and we’re committed to delivering the comprehensive, scalable solutions they need to ensure future success,” says Arnie. “With our new structure, we know we can deliver on our commitment.”

Currently covering Microsoft Office365, ConnectWise will continue to expand the cloud-enabled applications managed by the offering.
