Honeywell is partnering with Exertis to target businesses with its smart thermostat products and high-end security systems. Exertis is a distributor for the B2B, mobile and retail markets, but this will be the first time the company has carried Honeywell’s smart heating controls and a range of security systems from the American giant.
Exertis has a track record of adopting new technologies that have been popular in the consumer market and making them relevant for the workplace. Already Exertis offers a ‘works with’ programme targeted at Internet of Things devices that are compatible with Amazon’s Alexa voice assistant.

A wide range of Honeywell products will be made available by Exertis, including the company’s new Lyric T6 and evohome Wi-Fi-zoning thermostats, as well as wireless alarms, IP cameras and door entry solutions.
