Peerless-AV has unveiled a brand new addition to its line of Full Service Video Wall Mounts at Midwich Technology Exposed.

The Supreme DS-VW775 was shown off on the Peerless-AV stand with installers being given a tour of the mount’s many installation features, including tool-less lateral micro-adjustment, single-hand pop out serviceability, lightweight structure and reusable spacers for both portrait and landscape applications.

“Technology Exposed presents the ideal launch platform for our new king of video wall mounts,” says Keith Dutch, sales and operations director, Peerless-AV.

“The Supreme Mount is packed with new tech enhancements to make life easier for installers. Serviceability has always been a unique selling point of our mounts, and now, with the DS-VW775, we have improved this further with a convenient quick release lever function.

“The mount also offers greater tool-less micro-adjustment than ever before. It’s going to be a real winner when it comes to saving time and costs on installation and integrators can come and test it out for themselves.”

Peerless-AV’s Supreme Video Wall Mount (DS-VW775) has been designed to set a new standard for mounts in terms of ease of install and display alignment. Access for servicing and maintenance serviceability is even simpler owing to a unique quick release pop-out lever – a feature Peerless-AV says is held by no other universal mount on the market. Simply pull one of the red levers to release the mount for an increased amount of service space. A quick release accessory (ACC-QRL/P) also provides speedy service access in recessed applications, whether portrait and landscape, without having to press on the front of the display. Integrated cable management allows cables to travel in and out with the display.

The Supreme offers 38mm of travel on each of the X, Y and Z axis using red adjustment knobs, eliminating the need for tedious calculations and helping to create seamlessly aligned video walls. Furthermore, the mount is 25 percent lighter in comparison to previous models, making it easier to handle and position, especially when combined with the easy hang adaptor plate, install App and reusable display-dedicated wall plate spacers.

The Supreme Mount supports 46in to 60in displays with a maximum load of 56.8kg (125lb) and VESA pattern up to 400 x 400 (which can be extended to 600 x 400 and 800 x 400 with adaptors). A security hardware option is available for public environments to deter tampering and theft.

The Supreme Full Service Video Wall Mount will be available through Peerless-AV’s distributor and reseller network from Q4 2016.
